Willie’s diverse experience spans roles as a High School Teacher, Community College Instructor, Instructional Designer, Senior Trainer, Training Consultant, Training Manager, Manager of Learning & Organizational Quality, Training Director, Managing Director, and Leadership Consultant. This extensive background has shaped his flexible and results-driven approach to facilitating learning and developing leaders.
In 2017, Willie earned a Ph.D. in Leadership and used his expertise to co-author Trust the Process: A Five-Step Model to Becoming an Everyday Leader. As a co-founder of two consulting firms, Willie is dedicated to mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them turn their business ideas into reality.
Beyond his professional achievements, Willie finds his greatest joy in the family he’s built with his wife, Tecara, and their two children, Arielle and Cairo. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, working out, golfing, and binge-watching Netflix. Willie is passionate about talent management, empowering others to find their voice, and advocating for more inclusive opportunities for those with fewer resources. His approach to leadership and facilitation emphasizes listening over talking, creating an environment where learning, leading, and influencing others thrive.
