Dr. Patrick Jeffs founded The Resiliency Solution in 2018 to combat the impact of chronic stress in the workplace, addressing how it can hinder the creativity, productivity, and capacity of teams and individuals. At The Resiliency Solution our mission is to offer a better way of working to every executive, team, and community we touch. Together, we conquer stress, boost communication, and champion recovery. We believe that you do hard things now so that you can confidently do hard things when the time comes. 

Over the past 7 years, Dr. Jeffs has collaborated with C-suite executives, healthcare professionals, university professors and students, government officials, and many others to reduce daily stress levels, enhance organizational productivity, and maximize their performance.

When he’s not working to improve the community, he enjoys enhancing his own resilience with his wife and two daughters on the trails of North Carolina or training for his next endurance adventure.

Dr. Patrick Jeffs is the founder and CEO of The Resiliency Solution, a leading consulting and training firm specializing in resilience, leadership development, and organizational well-being. With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. Jeffs is dedicated to helping professionals navigate stress and enhance their personal and professional lives.

Dr. Jeffs previously co-founded and led the NC Center for Resiliency (NCCR), the first body-based trauma resilience clinic on the East Coast. NCCR became a pioneering institution in trauma resilience, offering essential services and support to individuals and communities. The Resiliency Solution began as the corporate training arm of NCCR before becoming an independent entity. Since then, Dr. Jeffs has expanded its scope to include a wide array of consulting and training services, translating complex psychological principles into practical, actionable strategies.

Dr. Jeffs has extensive experience in designing and delivering impactful workshops, keynote speeches, and training programs. He creates tailored sessions for frontline staff in high-stress environments and develops comprehensive resilience models for large organizations to meet diverse needs with precision and effectiveness. Notably, he has crafted innovative training programs that blend positive and somatic psychology, addressing resilience at the self, team, and organizational levels. These programs empower individuals to manage stress effectively, foster better team dynamics, and build a resilient organizational culture.

Dr. Jeffs also maintains a small resilient leader coaching practice, working primarily with heads of organizations to enhance their ability to lead with resilience and navigate complex challenges.

Before founding The Resiliency Solution, Dr. Jeffs held various roles in coaching, consulting, and executive training. This diverse background gives him a unique perspective on the challenges faced by professionals in different industries, allowing him to develop customized solutions that meet each client’s specific needs. His work is recognized for its depth of knowledge and practical application, ensuring participants gain tangible skills and strategies they can implement immediately.
