The Resilient Leadership Academy is a customized program to meet the needs of your key leadership team. It combines expert-led sessions, interactive discussions, workbook curriculum reinforcement, and peer support, with group coaching. Our structured program is designed around three main focus levels - self, team, and organizational systems to enable your directors to apply resilience-building techniques across these interconnected areas. Expect your directors to engage in real-time problem-solving, receive personalized feedback, and develop a clear action plan for building resilience both personally and within their team.
