The Resiliency Solution was launched in early 2018 with a mission to address the pandemic of chronic stress that was already prevalent within our workplace culture. Our inspiration stemmed from the resounding success of our clinic, NC Center for Resiliency, which led us to extend resiliency principles, at a non-clinical level, to a broader audience nationwide.
