The 6-month Resilient Leadership Academy combines expert-led sessions, interactive discussions, workbook curriculum reinforcement, and peer support, with private coaching. Expect to engage in real-time problem-solving, receive personalized feedback, and develop a clear action plan for building resilience both personally and within your team.
Through this program participants will achieve certification, signaling a significant investment in their personal and professional growth.
In-person training sessions will be held at The Chapel Hill Country Club on the third Friday of each month from September 2025 – February 2026. Training days start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. with breakfast, lunch, and snacks included.
Monthly virtual coaching calls will be scheduled after the first training session at the same date and time each month and based on each participant’s availability. There will be two 60-minute virtual coaching calls each month – one private and one with a cohort team of 5.
Participants should commit to attending all 6 in-person sessions. Only one absence is permitted to qualify for certification. Sessions are not recorded and no substitutes my be sent in your place.
