At the Resilient Leadership Academy, facilitated by The Resiliency Solution, we understand the pressure of leading a team in the modern workplace filled with unpredictability, overwhelming workloads, and stress. Our structured program, designed around three main focus levels - self, team, and organizational systems - enables leaders to apply resilience-building techniques across these interconnected areas. Participants will leave armed with the critical skills they need to balance personal well-being with professional demands. And, they will have a personalized blueprint to navigate today's top leadership challenge of improving the workplace environment for talent retention.

Participate in monthly, full-day training intensives alongside 60-minute individual coaching sessions and peer coaching calls with a team of 5 cohort members—all designed to strengthen your resilience and leadership skills.

Upon completion of the program, participants receive our Resilient Leader Certification recognizing your advanced resilience and leadership skills.

You’ll also walk away with a personalized, actionable resilience plan that can be implemented and adapted over time, ensuring resilience becomes a permanent and evolving aspect of your leadership approach.

Program Investment

2025 Tuition: $6,250 per participant

Limited to 25 participants. 

Tuition Includes: Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and program materials for each in-person session.

The 6-month Resilient Leadership Academy combines expert-led sessions, interactive discussions, workbook curriculum reinforcement, and peer support, with private coaching. Expect to engage in real-time problem-solving, receive personalized feedback, and develop a clear action plan for building resilience both personally and within your team.

Through this program participants will achieve certification, signaling a significant investment in their personal and professional growth.

In-person training sessions will be held at The Chapel Hill Country Club on the third Friday of each month from January – June 2025. Training days start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. with breakfast, lunch, and snacks included. 

Monthly virtual coaching calls will be scheduled after the first training session at the same date and time each month and based on each participant’s availability. There will be two 60-minute virtual coaching calls each month – one private and one with a cohort team of 5. 

Participants should commit to attending all 6 in-person sessions. Only one absence is permitted to qualify for certification. Sessions are not recorded and no substitutes my be sent in your place.

Cancellations before December 31, 2024: Full refunds are available for cancellations made on or before December 31, 2024.

Cancellations between January 1, 2025, and January 16, 2025: Cancellations within this period are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations on or after January 17, 2025: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on or after the program start date of January 17, 2025.
