The 6-month Resilient Leadership Academy combines expert-led sessions, interactive discussions, workbook curriculum reinforcement, and peer support, with private coaching. Expect to engage in real-time problem-solving, receive personalized feedback, and develop a clear action plan for building resilience both personally and within each department’s team.
In-person training sessions will be held at The Chapel Hill Country Club. Training day start and end times determined based on your team needs. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks included.
Monthly group coaching calls will be scheduled after the first training session at the same date and time each month and based on each participant’s availability.
There will be two in-person on-site visits to each participant for individual consultation in their personalized environment. Each of these visits will be a half day in length. The first visit will take place before the 3rd training intensive and the second visit will take place after the 5th training intensive.
Participants should commit to attending all 6 in-person sessions if at all possible. We are currently not planning to record sessions.
